Classic V-Rib is a structural through-fastened roof and wall panel with deep corrugations, produced in Salem, Oregon and Sacramento and Riverside, California, with 36 inch coverage per its data sheet. It is made in 24 and 22 gauge Kynar 500 painted steel and .032 inch aluminum, with heavier custom gauges on request, in 3 foot to 20 foot 10 inch lengths, spans up to 6 feet, and has a 1:12 minimum pitch recommended when installed with butyl sealant. The product page lists ASTM E1680, E1646, E331 and E283 air and water infiltration testing and states a 40-year residential paint warranty on the Kynar 500 finish.
