A glass-fiber-reinforced, self-adhesive modified bituminous roll with a mineral-granule surface, used as the starter course along eaves and rakes before shingle installation. It has a seal tab intended to resist wind uplift. The data sheet gives a 7.2 in by 33 ft 4 in roll covering 20 sq ft at 56 mil nominal thickness and a 30-day exposure limit.
