A self-adhesive butyl flashing membrane, 20 mil thick, for sealing roof deck sheathing seams and vertical wall penetrations. It uses a butyl adhesive with an engineered polypropylene surface film and is rated for application down to 15 degrees F and service temperatures up to 240 degrees F. The spec sheet reports performance attributes evaluated per ASTM D1970 test methods for nail sealability and cold-temperature pliability, AAMA 711 Performance Level 3 compliance, and a 120-day UV exposure limit. Its warranty clause states the product "is warranted to be free from manufacturer's defects" without printing a duration.
