LeakBarrier EasyLay UDL Basic is a polyolefin-based mechanically attached synthetic underlayment of a woven polymeric scrim with a textured top fabric, for use under shingles, shake, slate, tile and metal on steep-slope new and re-roofing work. The January 2026 product information sheet prints a 10 mil nominal thickness, 4-foot by 250-foot 10-square rolls at 32 lb nominal and up to 180 days of exposure, and lists ASTM D226 Type I and II, ASTM D8257, Florida approval FL #10450, Miami-Dade NOA 23-0817.03, Texas Department of Insurance evaluation, ICC-ES ESR-2634 and compliance with IBHS FORTIFIED Roof requirements for synthetic underlayments. When used below 2:12 it must be covered the same day. Tarco offers a 30-year limited warranty.
