A high-strength modified bituminous roof underlayment built on a composite polymeric fabric and scrim, designed as an alternative to asphalt-saturated felt and as a mechanically attached base sheet for self-adhering membranes in multi-ply systems. Tarco names it for steep-slope roofing in high-wind areas and as a base sheet for NR600 Ultra. The data sheet gives a 36 in by 72 ft roll at 30 mil nominal thickness, pre-printed lay lines, up to 30 days of exposure, and a double layer on slopes under 2:12. It lists Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade approval.
