SureCoat is a water-based, single-component, cross-linked elastomeric-hybrid roof coating and the coating component of the SureCoat Roof System for flat and low-slope roofs. The data sheet lists substrates including BUR and cap sheet, metal, modified bitumen (APP and SBS), SPF top-coat, and Hypalon, TPO and PVC single-ply, with about 100 sq ft per gallon at 10.5 dry mils and a fabric-embedded minimum of 50 dry mils in ponding areas. It lists conformance with ASTM D6083, a TT-C-555B wind-driven rain pass, 400% elongation at 73 F (ASTM D4212), 0.0025 perms at 21 mils (ASTM E96), a VOC of 1 g/L and Cool Roof Rating Council product ID 1098-0002. The sheet also lists ASTM E108 Class A as a "UL Rating Equivalent" pass for the coating within the system. A renewable manufacturer's material warranty covering ponding water is offered for the SureCoat Roof System only when installed by an approved contractor.
