Tred-Safe Type 1645 is a walkable, fire-retardant fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) roof and siding panel made by Resolite, a Stabilit America company, in Moscow, Tennessee. It has a nominal weight of 16 oz. per square foot, a nominal flat thickness of 0.100 in., and about 45% glass reinforcement of bidirectional woven and chopped strand fiberglass in an isophthalic halogenated polyester resin, with a C/W Barrier on both surfaces. It comes in opaque Stone White and translucent Frost, in standard 7.2 x 1.5 in. and 4.2 x 1-1/16 in. corrugated profiles with optional 7 x 1.5 in. and 7.2D x 1.75 in. profiles. The data sheet lists a UL-classified ASTM E 84 flame spread of 25 and building code classification CC1, and states the panel exceeds ASTM D 3841.
