RFM is a Factory Mutual approved, fire-retardant opaque fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) roof, wall and ceiling panel made by Resolite, a Stabilit America company, in Moscow, Tennessee. It comes in types 17, 14 and 11 (nominal 17, 14 and 11 oz. per square foot; 0.105, 0.090 and 0.075 in.) with about 25% bidirectional woven and chopped strand glass and an exterior C/W Barrier, in Stone White, Gray and Beige, in standard 7.2 x 1.5 in. and 4.2 x 1-1/16 in. profiles and optional 7.2D x 1.75 in. and 7 x 1.5 in. profiles. The data sheet states approval under FM Standard 4880/4881 for use without height or area limits or sprinkler protection, an FM I-90 wind uplift classification at listed spans, an ASTM E 84 flame spread of 15, a pass of CAN/ULC S134, and an ASTM E 108 Class B result at a maximum 3 in 12 roof slope. It meets ASTM D 3841.
