AcrylitGC is a light-transmitting fiberglass reinforced skylight and sidelight panel for steel frame construction, made by Stabilit (Resolite, Moscow, Tennessee) in a continuous production process with an acrylic resin formulation and acrylic gel coat. It is offered with chopped glass (26% glass content) or optional woven roving (34%) reinforcement, in R panel and other profiles and colors. The brochure lists building code class CC2, an ASTM D 635 burning rate under 2.5 in. per minute and a UL-90 approval, with span tables for roofing loads of 10 to 60 psf on the 8 oz. R panel. It also lists a 10-year warranty against yellowing and against fiber bloom.
