Super Therm

Class A fire

Super Therm is a water-borne coating of aliphatic acrylics, self-crosslinking resins and four ceramic compounds, used as a one-coat exterior system on roofs and side walls, as a topcoat over metal roofs or as an intermediate coat on flat roofs. The technical data sheet (3/12/26) gives 91 sq ft per gallon at 18 mils wet, 10 mils dry, with a minimum of 18 mils wet per coat, and calls for modified bitumen, asphalt, PVC and TPO roofs to be primed first. Its listed tests include ASTM E84 flame spread, adhesion to ASTM D4541, perm rating to ASTM D1653, abrasion to ASTM D4060, flexibility to ASTM E1737, wind-driven rain to ASTM D6904 and MIL-PRF-6799L, and it prints a Class A flame spread result to ASTM E108.
