SP Liquid Membrane is a one-part elastomeric hydrocarbon rubber coating with a ceramic pigment, used as a one-coat system on new or existing roofs, as a primer, or as a topcoat that seals Super Therm against ponding water. The technical data sheet (05/29/19) lists application over concrete, EPDM, TPO, PVC, wood, metal or masonry, with SP Single-Ply Primer required first on PVC, EPDM and other single-ply substrates. Listed physical data include 1765 psi tensile strength, 512 percent elongation, 351 lbf/in tear resistance, a pass under ASTM D6083 and a pass at -15 F low-temperature flexibility. It is supplied in white, with other colors on minimum order.
