SOPRALENE 250 SANDED is an SBS-modified bitumen membrane used as a field or flashing base ply in roofing assemblies. It is reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat saturated and coated on both sides with SBS polymer-modified bitumen, and both faces are sanded. It is installed in cold adhesive or hot asphalt. SOPREMA lists it to ASTM D6164 Type II Grade S, and the product page shows UL, FM Approvals, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval marks.
