SOPREMA's fire-retardant SBS-modified bitumen cap ply for use in approved multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies, composed of an elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene polymer blend reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat. The top surface is finished with ceramic-coated granules and the underside with fine mineral aggregate. Manufactured to ASTM D6164 Type II Grade G, with UL and FM approvals, Miami-Dade County approval, and a CRRC rating listed by SOPREMA.
