A fire-retardant, granule-surfaced SBS-modified bitumen cap ply reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat saturated and coated on both sides with SBS polymer-modified bitumen. The top is granule-surfaced and the bottom sanded. SOPREMA lists it as a field and flashing cap sheet installed with cold adhesive, to ASTM D6164 Type I Grade G.
