SBL HP (High Performance) Flashing Cement is a trowel-grade, rubberized roof flashing cement made of elastomeric modified bitumen and solvents. SOPREMA lists it for multi-ply SBS, APP and built-up roofing systems in wet and dry conditions, and for repairs on steep-slope shingle roofs. The product page lists ASTM D3409 and ASTM D4586.
