A self-adhered SBS-modified bitumen base ply with a high-tack self-adhesive layer, reinforced with a random glass fiber mat, for multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. The top is surfaced with fine mineral aggregate for self- adhered or cold-adhesive application of the next ply, and the underside with a polyolefin release film removed during installation. SOPREMA lists it to ASTM D6163 Type I Grade S.
