ELASTOPHENE HS Sanded (high strength) is an SBS-modified bitumen base ply for multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. It is reinforced with a composite polyester and glass fiber reinforcement, and both faces are surfaced with fine mineral aggregate for cold adhesive or hot asphalt application. SOPREMA lists it to ASTM D6162 Type III Grade S, and the product page shows UL, FM Approvals, Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade County and LA-DBS marks.
