2-1 SOPRASMART BOARD is a factory-laminated panel that combines an SBS- modified bitumen base membrane with SOPRABOARD, a semi-rigid asphaltic roof cover board, for multi-ply roof membrane assemblies. It is made with a thermofusible film top (BOARD FLAM) or a fine sand top (BOARD SANDED), and the FLAM version is set in hot asphalt or urethane adhesive or mechanically fastened. SOPREMA lists it in the cover board role, and both product pages show UL and FM Approvals marks.
