VentSaver Extreme is the heaviest-duty model of the VentSaver chimney and vent pipe snow protector line, with a 20.5 inch wingspan on its lower wings, two mounting bases and 12 heavy-duty roofing screws, which the page says gives twice the fastening strength of the other VentSaver models. It is described as using non-corrosive aluminum with stainless steel components, fitting pipes from 1 to 14 inches in diameter, and offering an optional upper wing kit plus screw-down and standing seam mounting plates, the latter without seam penetrations.
