SnoCleat RC is a seam-mounted snow guard for concealed-fastener standing seam roofs, made of 6063-T5 aircraft grade aluminum, with a 4 inch wide face that accepts a 2 inch wide color-matching strip of roofing metal and a 1 by 1 inch clamp that fits most seams up to 1 inch wide, fixed with cupped-tip set screws at 90 inch-pounds of torque without penetrating the seam. The product page describes a 3 inch swivel bracket allowing 31 degrees of angle adjustment at hips and converging valleys, states the RoofClamp RC and RCT clamps have been shear- and tensile-tested by a testing lab, directs T-seam and bulb-seam panels to the RCT model, and warns that the guard is not a step or fall-protection tie-off point.
