A pad-style snow guard for standing seam metal roofs, manufactured from UV-stabilized polycarbonate in clear or color-matched material, with a 25-square-inch bonding surface applied by 3M VHB tape, tube adhesive or mechanical fastening. The manufacturer's own sell sheet states the base is "the largest available in the industry" and that a larger base gives greater holding power, but prints no numeric holding-strength or load figure; spacing is engineered per project based on geographical region and snow load.
