Zanchor is a hammer-driven, hand-set concrete anchor with a corrosion- resistant stainless steel pin, made of Zamak and electro-galvanized steel, sized to fit a 1/4-inch pre-drilled hole in structural concrete. It is used as a roof insulation fastener, a base sheet fastener (deck or wall), and a base flashing fastener (wall), and the data sheet notes it can be used with a termination bar. Pullout resistance in 4,000 PSI concrete, tested by Law Engineering, Inc., is reported from 648 lbf at 3/4-inch length to 1,277 lbf at 2-inch length.
