SikaShield HB79 MG 4 mm is a 160 mil (4.0 mm) two-layer modified bituminous cap sheet with an APAO-modified upper layer and an SBS-modified under layer, reinforced with a fiberglass mat between two non-woven polyester fabrics, with a mineral-granule top surface and a polyethylene burn-off film underside for torch application. It is used on flat or sloped roofs up to 15 percent gradient and on balconies and terraces, in 39.4 in by 32.8 ft rolls. Its data sheet states it meets ASTM D6163 Type I Grade G, lists UL, FM Global and CRRC, prints a Class A UL 790 external fire result, and reports an FM Global hail result of class SH.
