SikaShield E74 S SA 3 mm is a 118 mil (3.0 mm) self-adhered SBS-modified bituminous base or intermediate ply reinforced with a non-woven polyester fabric stabilized with fiberglass and flexible to -22 F (-30 C). It has a sand top surface and a removable liner over the adhesive underside, and ships in 39.4 in by 32.8 ft rolls. Its data sheet states it meets ASTM D6163 Type I Grade S and lists UL and FM Global.
