Sikaplan Single-Step Membrane Adhesive is a water-based emulsion adhesive used in Sikaplan adhered roofing systems. It is formulated for adhering Sikaplan membranes as a wet lay-in to clean, dry, water-absorbent horizontal roof surfaces with slopes up to 2/12. It ships in 5 gal (18.9 L) pails with a stated VOC content of 240 g/L, and the product page lists FM Global, Underwriters Laboratories, Miami-Dade and the Florida Building Code.
