Sikalastic GDC Primer is a two-component, solvent-free, moisture-mitigating epoxy primer for green, damp and dry concrete and for dry wood, used with Sikalastic RoofPro and RoofCoat products. It has a VOC content of 24 g/L and a listed vapor permeance of 0.16 perms, and is packaged as 3 gal of Component A and 1 gal of Component B. The data sheet lists ASTM E96 for water vapor transmission and ASTM C794 and ASTM D903 for wet adhesion to concrete.
