Sikalastic DTE Primer is a two-component, damp-tolerant epoxy primer used to improve adhesion of Sikalastic roofing and waterproofing systems on damp concrete and to seal concrete and masonry against outgassing. It is packaged in a 1 gal kit, with a VOC content of 16 g/L and coverage of 200 ft2/gal on prepared dry concrete.
