Sikalastic-701 SF is a two-component, 100 percent solids, low-odor polyaspartic top coat used as the UV resistant top coat over Sikalastic-702 in Sika liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing membranes on flat and sloped roofs, walkways and terraces. Its data sheet lists CRRC and an initial solar reflectance of 0.86, and describes a Sikalastic Warranty 20-Year system with Sikalastic-702.
