Sikalastic-500 is a single-component, low-VOC, ultra-high-solids liquid-applied silicone roof coating used to form a monolithic membrane over existing modified bitumen, built-up, concrete, EPDM, Hypalon, PVC, TPO and metal roofs. It ships in 5 gal (19 L) pails. Its data sheet lists Miami-Dade, NSF/ANSI 61, CRRC and UL 790, and reports a solar reflectance of 0.88 and an SRI of 112.
