Ply Sheet HA 118 is a 118 mil (3.0 mm) SBS polymer modified bitumen ply sheet reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat, with fine mineral surfacing on both sides, applied hot or cold. It is used as the ply sheet in Sarnafil hybrid roofing systems over lightweight insulating concrete, structural concrete, wood, cementitious wood fiber, gypsum and metal decks, and as a vapor retarder direct to concrete deck, and may be left exposed for up to six months. Rolls are 39.4 in by 32.8 ft, and the data sheet lists ASTM D6164 Type I Grade S, FM Global, Underwriters Laboratories and the Florida Building Code.
