Sika Concrete Primer Lo-VOC is a cold-applied, single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane primer for sealing cementitious substrates to reduce outgassing and improve adhesion of Sikalastic RoofPro and Sikalastic RoofCoat systems. It is also used as a reactivation primer before repairing or overcoating Sikalastic-641, -644 and -646 Lo-VOC when the overcoat window is exceeded. It ships in 5 gal (19 L) pails, with a VOC content of 96 g/L.
