The ZAC Impax is a self-drilling screw for attaching metal panels to light and medium gauge metal, with a zinc alloy capped hex washer head that the data sheet says will never red rust, a precision cold-forged SD3 drill point with a long pilot for nested purlins, and an assembled EPDM sealing washer. The #12-14 version is printed with a 3/8 in. head and a drill capacity of 0.035 to 0.210 in., and the sheet refers to a long life fastener limited warranty without stating a term.
