The #14 Stainless Dekfast is a 410 stainless steel roofing screw with a low-profile truss head and #3 Phillips drive, for attaching insulation and membrane to steel or wood decks in a corrosive environment. It has a passivated stainless finish and is listed in lengths from 1-1/2 in. to 12 in. The data sheet prints 15/15 Kesternich cycles per FM 4470, 950 hours of salt spray per ASTM B117 and State of Florida approval FL 20311, and states it is not recommended for heavy industrial or marine environments, including swimming pool enclosures.
