Flowergreen is Sempergreen's biodiverse green roof system, offered in two build-ups. Flowergreen Herba is a drainage layer, at least 70 mm of extensive green roof substrate and the Sempergreen Biodiversity Blanket Sedum-Herbs (more than 12 Sedum varieties and 30 herb species), with a minimum saturated weight of 100 kg per square metre and use on slopes up to 20 degrees. Flowergreen Flora is a drainage layer, at least 120 mm of intensive substrate and the Biodiversity blanket Bees & Butterflies (over 20 native plant species), with a minimum saturated weight of 210 kg per square metre. The maker states the systems suit flat and gently sloping roofs and can be combined with solar panels.
