A fiberglass-mat-reinforced PVC roof membrane with a 9 oz/yd2 felt backing and a factory lacquer coating to reduce dirt pick-up, used in adhered systems for new roofs, reroofs and recovers with hot-air welded seams. Sika publishes Feltback data sheets for the 60 and 72 mil G 410 and EnergySmart versions; the 60 mil sheet lists a 60 mil minimum overall thickness with 27 mil above the scrim, top colors Copper Brown, Evergreen (not stocked) or Lead Gray over a gray bottom, and approvals or listings from FM Global, Underwriters Laboratories, Underwriters Laboratories of Canada, ICC ESR 1157, Miami-Dade County, the Florida Building Code and NSF/ANSI 347 Platinum. Its property table is set against the ASTM D4434 Type II requirements. The sheet says Sika provides a warranty to the building owner once a Sika Authorized Applicator completes the roof to Sika's requirements.
