PVKIT 2.0 is S-5!'s rail-less, direct-attach kit for mounting framed solar PV modules to standing seam metal roofs on S-5! mini clamps, and to many exposed-fastener and corrugated roofs when paired with S-5! brackets, without penetrating standing seam panels. It ships preassembled with either a MidGrab, for the joint between two adjacent modules, or a single-piece EdgeGrab for end conditions, installs with one tool, and has bonding teeth to form the grounding path. It accommodates module thicknesses between 30 and 46 mm and is compatible with most common metal roofing materials, including copper. Attachment clamps are sold separately, and the brochure notes that certain illustrated components may not be UL listed.
