The SnowTrapper ST series (ST6, ST9 and ST18) are classic low-profile pad-style snow guards in copper or painted aluminum. The ST18 is 18 inches in overall length with a 15.75 inch strap and a 2.34 square inch pad area, and is installed with regular roofing nails on new natural and synthetic slate, shake, wood shingle and direct-to-deck tile roofs. The system packet recommends it for lower pitches and lighter snow loads.
