Titanium zinc flat lock tiles for roofs, a development of square and diamond tiles for large roof areas, with forward folding tabs at the top and fold-backs at the bottom held by RHEINZINK system clips. Tiles are custom-made in construction widths up to 600 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm (optimum 2000 mm or less) in 0.7, 0.8 or 1.0 mm metal, and can be laid horizontally or diagonally. They are used from 10 degrees roof inclination on a ventilated structure with a bitumen underlay and structured underlay over solid wood boarding, or from 25 degrees with a rainproof underlay directly on solid wood boarding. Surfaces offered are bright rolled, prePATINA ECO ZINC, GRANUM and PRISMO.
