Titanium zinc roll-cap roof system, developed from traditional roll roofing, for roofs from 3 degrees inclination, in which panels are attached with galvanised steel click roll fasteners and a 3 m click roll cap is clipped over the joint, with no seaming by hand or machine. Rolls are about 6.0 cm wide and 5.3 cm high. Panels are 345 to 545 mm wide (coil widths 470 to 670 mm) in 0.7 or 0.8 mm metal, up to 25 m long with on-site roll forming, and the system can be used on non-ventilated roof structures. Surfaces offered are bright rolled, prePATINA ECO ZINC, GRANUM and PRISMO.
