The page prints an all non-corrosive aluminum build, a 12 to 26 volt brushless DC motor, a thermostat and humidistat that activate above 80 degrees F or 80 percent relative humidity, attics up to 1,400 sq. ft., and a 7.5 lb unit measuring 9 x 21.5 x 21 in., and says it must be installed in a sunny, unshaded area.
