The Builder Series is Remington Solar's steel roof-mount solar attic fan line in 20, 30 and 40 watt models, sold with a 110 volt hybrid adapter so the fan can also run at night. The 40 watt page prints attics up to 2,400 sq. ft., a built-in thermostat and humidistat that switch on at 80 degrees F or 75 percent relative humidity, a tilt panel, seamless flashing and shroud, a stainless steel animal screen and hardware, a 22.5 x 22.5 x 11 in., 31 lb unit in black only, and "Texas Windstorm Certified NOT Miami-Dade Certified". The same page states both a lifetime warranty on parts and components and a 15-year limited warranty.
