Remington Solar's 40-Watt Wi-Fi roof-mount solar attic fan is listed for attics up to 2,400 sq. ft. It uses a 40-watt polycrystalline solar panel that tilts up to 45 degrees and a brushless 24V-38V DC motor, in a powder-coated black steel housing. Its Wi-Fi enabled humidistat and thermostat are controlled from the SolaCom app on iOS or Android, with remote temperature and humidity monitoring. The unit is pre-wired for the 110V hybrid adapter, sold separately. The page lists a lifetime limited manufacturer warranty on parts and says it is Texas Windstorm certified.
