RainDrop Gutter Guard is a self-cleaning gutter protection panel molded from a UV-stabilized polypropylene blend, black so it reads as a shadow at the roof line and absorbs sun to help melt snow and ice. The product page states it works on every roof style, fits 5 and 6 inch gutters and can be modified to fit 4 to 10 inch gutters with its Flex-Flange, and notes heat cables may still be needed on north-facing areas where ice is a problem.
