The AFR PRO-1.3 is QuietCool's traditional roof mount attic fan, a 2-speed PSC-motor fan with an included adjustable thermostat and a plug-in 20 foot power cord. Its spec sheet prints 1,266 CFM on high (covering up to 1,750 square feet of attic), a 17 1/4 in. rough cut-out, a 182 F fire safety shut-off and hybrid black polyester paint, with primary flashing for 3:12 to 8:12 roofs included and curb, tile-roof secondary flashing and a 9:12 to 12:12 slope adapter sold separately. The web page and spec sheet print different California (HVI-916) airflow figures: 984/649 CFM on the page and 900/530 CFM on the sheet.
