FlowThru is Quarrix's HDPE plastic ridge vent without an external baffle, sold in 4-foot sections 11 1/4 in. and 9 in. wide, which Quarrix developed for drier climates without storm-driven rain or significant snow. The product page prints 12.7 square inches of net free area, a 3:12 to 20:12 slope range and use with asphalt shingles, standing seam metal, cedar shakes, slate and flat tile, and its specification table gives the 9 in. section a height of 5/8 in. alongside a metric value of 25.4 mm. The information sheet states it is not suggested for climates averaging 10 in. or more of annual snowfall, listing 31 states including Colorado, and recommends StormStop there.
