Jiffy Seal Ice & Water Guard Extreme combines the slip-resistant woven Jiffy Seal surface film with Protecto Wrap's Super Stick synthetic butyl high-temperature adhesive, which the maker says sticks at temperatures as low as -20 F, needs no primer or heated storage and can be used under steel. The June 2026 data sheet prints a blue/white 19 mil membrane in 36-inch by 66-foot rolls at 22 lb per roll, an in-service range of -45 F to 300 F, a 6-month UV exposure rating, water vapor permeance of 0.06 perms and Class 1 vapor retarder status; the product page gives the 2-square roll as 25 lb. Both state compliance with ICC-ES AC48 and the IAPMO ER-613 listing. It is covered by the Protecto Wrap Standard 10 Year Limited Warranty.
