PS 900 Pro-Shield Max is a single-component, moisture-cure silicone coating used as the base and intermediate coat for embedding PF 200 polyester fabric in a fully reinforced roof coating system, with an extended skin-over time. The base coat goes on at 2.0 to 2.25 gallons per square and the intermediate coat at 1.5 gallons per square, followed by an HS 3200 top coat. Listed substrates include TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, smooth BUR, concrete and spray polyurethane foam. It is off-white, 82 percent solids by weight, and packaged in 5 gallon pails and 50 gallon drums.
