P-110 is a single-component, water-based, plasticizer-free gray acrylic primer for cleaned EPDM, made to promote silicone adhesion and block discoloration from chemicals bleeding out of the membrane. It is applied at 1 gallon per 200 square feet on roofs sloped at least 1/8 inch in 12, with 50 percent solids by volume and VOC under 50 grams per liter. It is sold in 5 and 55 gallon containers.
