HS 3200 Series is a one-component, moisture-curing, solvent-free high solids silicone rubber roof coating for existing smooth surface BUR, granulated cap sheet, acrylic coatings, concrete, metal, spray polyurethane foam and single-ply membranes. Its data sheet lists 92 percent solids by weight, VOC under 50 grams per liter, single-coat application above 40 mils, an ASTM E108 Class A flame spread entry, and an initial SRI of 113 for HS 3201 white, which the Cool Roof Rating Council also lists. The line includes the HS 3200-HB roller grade, applied above 70 mils per coat in 5 gallon containers, and HS 3200-HB BX with additives to deter wildlife damage; the standard grade is sold in five colors in 5 and 55 gallon containers. HS 3200 and HS 3200 HB are accepted under Miami-Dade NOA 25-1118.01 to ASTM D6694 and hold FM Approvals Class 4470 approval as an optional coating over existing FM Approved roof covers. Full system limited warranties of 5 to 20 years are available through the maker's roofing specialists.
