FT 500 is a self-sealing butyl tape with a fleece backing used to seal seams, curbs and rooftop equipment, with EPDM roofs named as a primary use, and it is coated with Progressive Materials silicone the same day it is installed. It is applied between 40 and 105 degrees F and has a service range of minus 40 to 194 degrees F. It is sold in 4 inch by 65.5 foot rolls, four rolls per box.
